- Performed data-driven design, getting quantitative data (analytics), forming a hypothesis, exploring solutions, and validating them in user testing.
- Helped improve the experience of filling the actual forms. Worked with PM to identify people's pain points, then ran tests to validate ideas before handing them off to devs.
- Helped improve the experience of sharing and embedding forms into sites, or wherever customers needed the forms to look and work great.

- Designed with AI in a medical project: a chat AI for use in clinical trials. I also designed and copywrote a medical dashboard for doctors in clinical trials.
- Designed with AI in a sustainability project: a power-saving AI in heating/ventilation/air-conditioning hardware. I also copywrote the project.
- Helped articulate complex data science terms/ideas into easy-to-understand ones for C-level executives (and non-technical roles).
- Designed and helped edit presentations for external and internal use (conferences, meetups, internal knowledge sharing).
- Designed, wrote, and published a website in WordPress for an internal HVAC product, Theoptimuspower.com.
